Laura Rivera and sister Leonela run a small, very organised farm in Nataga, Huila.

In the South Western corner of the Colombian mountains,Up at around 1850 masl, this small farm produces some really stunning Caturra, A variety we really enjoy here at Mondays.

Laura and her sister have a rudimentary system of planning harvests, recording flowerings and rain fall in hand written notes, the have an onsite Eco-lab and have started processing their coffee Anaerobically.

Anaerobic Fermentation adds a beautiful layer of complexity to the final cup and highlights the sweetness and body of the coffee really nicely.
